Rental Agreement: Your rental of a vehicle from Prestige Car Rentals is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as any additional terms specified in your rental agreement.

Booking and Rental Period: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. The rental period begins and ends as specified in your booking confirmation. Any changes or extensions must be requested and confirmed in advance.

Driver Requirements: The primary renter must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the minimum age requirement specified by local regulations. Additional drivers must also meet these requirements and be listed on the rental agreement.

Vehicle Use: The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with local laws and regulations and for lawful purposes only. It is strictly prohibited to use the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, towing, or any other unauthorized activities.

Vehicle Condition: The renter is responsible for maintaining the rented vehicle in the same condition as at the start of the rental period. Any damage or mechanical issues must be reported to Prestige Car Rentals immediately.

Insurance: All rental vehicles are covered by basic insurance, which may include loss damage waiver (LDW) and liability coverage. Additional insurance options may be available for purchase at the time of booking.

Payment: Rental charges, including taxes, fees, and any additional services, must be paid in full at the time of booking or vehicle pick-up. Accepted payment methods are specified on our website.

Cancellation and Refunds: Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking and the time of cancellation. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details. No-shows and cancellations made outside of the specified period may result in forfeiture of the rental fee.

Fuel Policy: The rented vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental period. A refueling fee may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

Limitation of Liability: Prestige Car Rentals is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the rented vehicle, except as provided by law.
