Before the flight
Check that your flight arrives at Las Américas (SDQ). Use that code in the booking form and the handover instructions. Leave time in your onward schedule for collecting the car rather than planning an appointment immediately after landing.
Save your booking reference and the Prestige contact number, 1-888-682-4262. Agree how you will contact the representative on arrival; arrange an alternative with the team if your phone cannot call that number from abroad.
When you land
Collect your baggage and follow the meeting instructions supplied by the team. If you cannot find the representative, contact Prestige before leaving for another location. Share updated flight information if your arrival time changes.
Bring your driving licence, required identification and the agreed credit card. Allow time to review the agreement, deposit and selected cover without rushing.
Inspect the vehicle together
Check the bodywork, windows, tyres and interior with the representative. Record existing marks and confirm the fuel level. Check that you can adjust the seat and mirrors, use the lights and find the controls before joining traffic.
Arrange the return before departure day
Confirm the return point, local time and contact procedure. Plan for refuelling and inspection as well as your airline's check-in requirements. Changes to the return airport or rental duration must be agreed with Prestige and may change the price.
