SERVICES
Yes, we provide pick-up and drop-off services to customers who need to be picked up from and dropped off at their villa or hotel—additional fees incur for out-of-service areas.

No, but our offices are 5 minutes away from PUJ/LRM/SDQ.
We will have a Prestige employee with a sign with your name on it when you exit the airport. You will be in your car within minutes.
Prestige Car Rentals is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in any vehicles. If you forgot an item in one of our vehicles, please call us immediately so we can attempt to retrieve it. Clients are responsible for any and all damages that occurred during the reservation and any cleaning charges necessary.

HOW DO WE RETURN THE CAR AT THE AIRPORT?
Yes, we offer delivery service to hotels, villas, and offices (the credit card owner must be present to sign your rental contract). Additional fees apply to delivery over 10 km from the nearest office.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Yes, you can, but the cardholder must be physically present on the day of the rental vehicle pick-up with two forms of identification to sign the rental contract (passport and driver’s license).

DEPOSIT
The deposit amount varies based on the type of vehicle being rented, and your insurance deductible starts from $300.00 up to $1000.00 for Vans and Luxury SUVs.

Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month (4 weeks) at a discounted price. We can customize a rental program for long-term rentals for businesses and Villa owners.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you.
Yes, additional charges apply when a rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person.
ACCESSORIES
We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles, such as booster seats and Wi-Fi hotspots.
RETURNING VEHICLES
Yes, we have a drop-off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your vehicle.

Returning vehicles to a different location from pickup will incur additional charges. Example: Pickup from La Romana but drop off at Punta Cana $49 / Pickup Santo Domingo drop off La Romana $79.
